Vegetables in Animal Crossing can be found in a few ways. You can buy seeds from Leif when he visits your island, or sometimes you might find them at Nook's Cranny. Plant these seeds and water them, and voila! Vegetables! Don't forget to check in on your plants every day so they grow.

Dig 'em up! Sometimes, when you visit Mystery Islands, you can find veggies ready to be harvested. Just bring them back to your island and plant them. Easy peasy.
