Open the Xbox app on your PC, go to 'Settings' -> 'General' -> 'Change where this app installs games by default.' This will show the current install path.

Just open the Xbox app and look under 'My Collection.' Click on a game, then 'Manage' to see the file location.

The default installation path is usually C:\Program Files\WindowsApps but it's hidden by default. Navigate there by enabling 'Show hidden files' in File Explorer options.

If you opt to install on a different drive, it will usually be on the root of that drive in a folder called 'WindowsApps.'

TBH, it's faster to just search the game in File Explorer. Use the search bar and type the game name. Gets me there every time.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
