Just check the game client, dude. Your Riot ID is right there on the home screen. Easy.
I had this exact problem and thought I'd have to contact support or something, but nah. Logged into the game, and boom, username (or Riot ID) was staring me right in the face. Didn't even need my glasses to see it.
