Open your restaurant's staff menu and look for the red 'x' next to the staff member鈥檚 name. Boom, fired.
Why fire staff? Just train them better! But if you must, go to the staff page and click the 'x' next to their name.
I've done this before. Just head over to the staff management section in the game, locate the employee you want to let go, and hit the fire button. It's that simple.
