How to Fish in Animal Crossing on Nintendo Switch
SinkingDuel路8 months agoFishing in Animal Crossing on the Nintendo Switch is super chill and fun! Just head to any body of water like a river, ocean, or pond. Keep an eye out for fish shadows in the water. Once you spot one, equip your fishing rod (you can buy one from Timmy and Tommy at Nook's Cranny, or craft it if you've got the DIY recipe) and cast your line by pressing 'A'. Make sure the lure lands in front of the fish. Wait for the fish to nibble and when it bites (the sound cue and a bigger splash will clue you in), press 'A' again to reel it in. Patience is key, my friend!

U just gotta toss ur line in front of a fish shadow and hit A when they bite. EZPZ.
Honestly, fishing in ACNH is a test of patience more than anything. It's all about timing. Cast too early or too late, and you'll miss. But remember, not all shadows are worth your time. Learn the sizes and you'll be catching sharks and coelacanths in no time!
