I had the same issue and managed to fix it by gently bending the battery terminals inside the controller to ensure a better connection with the battery pack.

Buy a new battery pack. It's usually a cheap and easy fix.

First, check if the battery contacts are dirty or corroded. Use a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean them. If that doesn鈥檛 work, you might need to replace the battery pack altogether.

Tape! I know it sounds crazy, but I once used some electrical tape to keep the battery pack secure and it worked!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
