I had this issue with my Xbox 360 once. Try unplugging the power cable for a few minutes, then plug it back in and press the eject button. It worked for me!

You can try the classic trick of gently tapping the top of the Xbox 360 while pressing the eject button. It's like giving your console a little encouragement!

Have you tried the paperclip method? Straighten a paperclip and insert it into the manual eject hole found under the disc tray. It should pop open!

If all else fails, you might want to open up the Xbox and clean the tray's mechanism. Sometimes dust buildup can cause it to stick.
