Start praying to the Terraria gods, 'cause sometimes it feels like only divine intervention can save a corrupted world. But seriously, regular backups are your best bet. Don't rely on auto backups alone; manual backups can be a real lifesaver.

One quick fix for a corrupted Terraria world is to restore a backup. Terraria automatically creates backup files (with a .bak extension) in the same folder as your world files. Just delete the corrupted world file (make sure you're deleting the right one!) and rename the backup file by removing the .bak extension. This should restore your world to its last saved state before it got corrupted.

Just start over. Sometimes a fresh start is what you really need. Who knows, your next world might be even better!

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
