Sorry to say it, but once a PS3 disc is cracked, it's pretty much game over. You'll need to find a replacement.

A cracked disc can't really be fixed. Try checking online or at local game stores for a used copy.

I tried using disc repair kits on my cracked PS3 disc, but those only work for minor scratches. A crack means you need a new game.
