How to Fix a Scratched PS4 Disc
Try using toothpaste! Gently rub a small amount of non-gel toothpaste on the disc with a soft cloth, then rinse with water and dry it off. Works like a charm sometimes!

You can also use a banana! Rub a piece of banana on the scratch, then wipe it off with a cloth. Strange but surprisingly effective!
Take it to a professional disc repair service. They've got specialized equipment that can fix even the worst scratches.
Honestly, just buy a digital copy. It's easier and won't scratch!
I've had success with a microfiber cloth and some isopropyl alcohol. Gently clean the disc in straight lines from the center outwards. Worked for me!
