Had the same issue last month! Make sure to plug the power supply directly into the wall, not a surge protector. Xbox can be picky about its power source.
Maybe your power supply is just dead. Borrow one from a friend or get a replacement to see if that's the problem.
Try unplugging everything and waiting for about 10 minutes before plugging it back in. Sometimes a little patience goes a long way!
If you've checked the power connections and it's still not turning on, try holding the power button for about 10 seconds. This performs a hard reset and can sometimes get things working again.
