Sometimes servers are just overloaded or under maintenance. Check the official Apex Legends Twitter or support pages for live updates. If there's a server issue, all you can do is wait it out.
My game never loads when there’s an update pending. Make sure your game is up to date; sometimes it doesn’t auto-update like it should.
Turn it off and on again. Works 90% of the time.
Guys, just clear your game cache. On PC, go into the game's properties in Origin or Steam, and you'll find the option. Clears up most issues without the need to reinstall.
