Have you tried turning it off and on again? Seriously, restart the app and maybe even your phone. Works like magic sometimes!
Pro tip: Clean your camera lens! If your camera can't see, AR won’t work properly. Simple but effective!
Make sure your phone supports ARCore if you're on Android or ARKit if you're on iOS. Compatibility might be the issue!
I had a similar issue and fixed it by updating the app. Head to your app store and see if there’s a new version available. Solved my problem right away!
