Just plug in your headset before you launch the game. Apex can be picky and not recognize it if you plug it in mid-game.

Oh, the classic Apex audio issues! First off, try the basics like restarting the game or checking if your headset is properly connected. If that doesn't work, make sure your audio drivers are up to date. Sometimes, the game defaults to the wrong output device, so double check that in your sound settings. Also, messing around with the in-game audio settings can help, like tweaking the 'Sound Effects Volume' and 'Master Volume'.

Honestly, I never had audio issues with Apex. Maybe check if it鈥檚 actually your headset that's the issue?

Try switching your audio settings to 'Stereo'. Surround sound can sometimes bug out, especially if your setup isn't perfectly configured for it.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
