Try joining servers closer to your location. Distance can make a huge difference, even in the virtual world!
Check if anything else is eating up your bandwidth. Streaming high-def cat videos while playing might not be the best idea!
I had this issue and changing my DNS servers to Google (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) actually helped a lot. Give it a shot!
Maybe it's not you, it's them. Sometimes Roblox servers can be overloaded. Try playing at a different time.
