To fix the black bars in Valorant, head into the game's settings and adjust the display mode to 'Fullscreen' instead of 'Windowed' or 'Borderless'. Also, make sure your in-game resolution matches your monitor's native resolution. Boom! No more black bars.

Honestly, black bars might just mean you're playing with the wrong aspect ratio. Switch it up in the settings until it fits your screen perfectly. Remember, some old monitors might not support newer aspect ratios, so it could also be a hardware limit.

Changing resolution didn't help? Try updating your graphics card drivers. Outdated drivers can cause all sorts of display issues, including those annoying black bars.

Just change your resolution settings in Valorant to match your screen's default. Worked for me like a charm!

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
