The blue box usually appears because of the UI navigation settings for controller users. Try pressing the '+' button on a controller or 'ESC' on your keyboard to exit the navigation mode!

If a blue box randomly shows up, it might be Roblox's navigation guide. Simply clicking or tapping outside the box usually makes it disappear.
