Quick fix: Use 'Shift Lock Switch' by going to Esc > Settings and turning it on. Toggle with Shift.

You can also go to the Settings menu in-game (press Esc), and under 'Camera Mode' choose 'Classic' or 'Follow.'

I had this issue too! Switching to Classic mode in the Settings fixed it for me.
