Had the same issue! I fixed it by updating the controller firmware through the PS5 settings. Just connect the controller, go to Settings > Accessories > Controller (General) > Update Wireless Controller Device Software. Worked like a charm!

Try resetting the controller by pressing the small reset button on the back near the L2 button with a pin or paperclip. If that doesn鈥檛 work, you might need to clean the analog sticks gently with compressed air or isopropyl alcohol.

If the reset and cleaning don't work, you might need to recalibrate the controller in the PS5 settings. Go to Settings > Accessories > Controller (General) > Calibrate Control Sticks. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the calibration.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
