Honestly, sometimes the easiest fix is to do a system restore. Just make sure you back up any important data first! Navigate to Settings > System Settings > Restore PS3 System.
In my experience, sometimes just backing up your saved data to an external drive and then restoring it can work wonders. Give it a try!
You can also fix corrupted data by deleting the corrupted file. Go to the Game section, find the corrupted save data, press the Triangle button, and select Delete. After that, restart your PS3.
