Try pressing Alt + Enter to switch between windowed and fullscreen. Works like a charm for me!

If your cursor is going off-screen in Roblox, make sure the resolution settings in-game match your monitor’s native resolution.

Hey, just go to your Roblox settings and toggle 'Fullscreen' mode. If it's on, turn it off. If it's off, turn it on. That usually fixes it!
