How to Fix Fallout 76 FPS Issues
First off, make sure your graphics drivers are up to date, 'cause outdated ones are FPS killers. Secondly, tweak those in-game graphics settings. Lowering shadows, textures, and turning off motion blur can give you a nice FPS boost without making the game look like potato. Lastly, check your PC's power settings. High Performance mode can unleash the full potential of your hardware.

Cap the frame rate. Seriously. Sometimes your system goes overboard trying to run as fast as possible, causing stability issues. Use the in-game settings or a third-party software to cap it at a sensible number, like 60 FPS. Smooth sailing ahead!
Turn off V-Sync in the game and force it through your graphics card's control panel instead. I did this and it was like night and day. Much smoother gameplay with less input lag.
Lowering the view distance helped me a ton. The game still looks great but runs much smoother now.
FPS issues in Fallout 76? Just turn down the settings lol. If your rig can't handle it, time for an upgrade.
