Family sharing doesn't always work smoothly with every game. Consider purchasing a separate copy for each account if you continue to have issues.
If nothing works, contact PUBG Mobile support. They’re pretty good at fixing account issues quickly.
Try logging out of both accounts, then restart the devices. After that, log back in and attempt to connect again.
I had the same problem. What worked for me was revoking the family sharing privileges and then re-establishing them. Give that a shot!
