FPS drops in Apex Legends can be a real buzzkill. First off, try lowering your game settings; sometimes, the graphics settings are too high for your rig. Another trick is to update your graphics drivers. Old drivers often don't play nice with new games. And if you're running on a laptop, make sure it's plugged in to get the maximum performance out of your hardware.

Just cap your FPS to match your monitor's refresh rate. Unlimited FPS might sound cool but often causes drops because your system is pushing too hard.

Enable V-Sync in the game settings. I know, I know, input lag and all that, but hear me out. If you're getting massive FPS drops, V-Sync can help stabilize your frame rate. Just give it a try; you might be surprised.

Had this issue last week, updating my GPU drivers and disabling background apps did the trick! Games like Apex Legends demand a lot of your system, so make sure nothing else is eating up those precious resources.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
