How to fix GTA San Andreas resolution
NoticingPuff路7 months agoFixing the resolution in GTA San Andreas is pretty straightforward! Right-click on the desktop shortcut or the .exe file for the game, go to 'Properties,' then head over to the 'Compatibility' tab. Check the 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' box and choose an older version of Windows, like Windows XP (Service Pack 3). Also, tick the 'Disable fullscreen optimizations' box. Apply the changes, and this should help your game run at the correct resolution. If you're still stuck, try updating your graphics driver or tweaking the game's settings directly from within its menu.

lol just play in whatever resolution the game starts in. It's an old game, part of the charm is the janky graphics :D
Had the same prob. Fixed it by going into the game's settings file located in the 'Documents' folder. Just search for your GTA San Andreas User Files, find the 'gta_sa.set' file, and delete it. The game will create a new one with default settings when you start it again, then you can adjust the resolution to what you prefer in-game.
