Lowering your graphics settings in the game can also help reduce ping. It sounds weird, but sometimes higher graphic settings put extra load on your system, which in turn affects your online performance. Give it a shot!

High ping in Valorant usually ruins the experience, doesn't it? First thing, check your internet connection; maybe it's time to restart that router. If that doesn鈥檛 cut it, try connecting through an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi for a more stable connection. Also, closing any background applications that hog the internet, like streaming services or downloads, can help reduce ping. And don't forget to check if Valorant servers themselves are having issues! Sometimes the problem isn't on your end.

Just move closer to the server, lol. But for real, selecting a game server closer to your actual location can significantly lower your ping.

Honestly, sometimes high ping is just the universe telling you to take a break from Valorant and go outside.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
