Turn off background apps. Seriously, your computer isn't a multitasking superhero. Every program you have open while you're trying to play Valorant is eating into your precious FPS. So, give your PC a break and close anything you don't need. It's game time, not browse-100-tabs-on-Chrome time.

Low client FPS in Valorant can often be fixed by updating your graphics drivers. It seems basic, but it's like giving your PC a fresh cup of coffee - suddenly, it's ready to go! Also, make sure to check your in-game settings; lowering your resolution and graphics quality can boost those FPS numbers. If Valorant is still acting like it's running in slow motion, try closing other applications that are hogging your system's resources.

Just overclock your GPU lol. But seriously, only do it if you know what you're doing or you might end up with a very expensive paperweight.

Play at lower graphics settings. Looks aren't everything. Dropping your graphics settings can massively improve FPS, and honestly, the game still looks pretty good on lower settings. Plus, higher FPS can actually give you a competitive edge, so it's a win-win.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
