Ah, the classic mouse issue in GTA San Andreas! Don't sweat it; there's an easy fix. Right-click on the GTA San Andreas shortcut and go to Properties. Had this problem for ages until I found a mod that fixes it. Some genius fan fixed the mouse issue for GTA San Andreas. Look up "GTA San Andreas mouse fix mod" and you should find it. Download and follow the instructions. Game changer!
