Try pressing the 'Esc' key twice to bring up the menu and then close it. It usually re-centers the cursor!

Alt-tab out of the game and then back in. Sometimes it's just a temporary glitch.

Make sure your mouse drivers are up to date. An outdated driver could be causing the issue.
