Restart your game! Sometimes MTG Arena just needs a quick refresh. If that doesn't work, try updating your graphics drivers. Outdated drivers are often the culprits behind those pesky black screens.

Check for updates on MTG Arena itself and make sure your system meets the game requirements. Some updates improve compatibility issues that might be causing the black screen.

Disable full-screen optimizations. Right-click on the game's shortcut, go to properties, hit the compatibility tab, and check 'Disable fullscreen optimizations'. This little trick has worked wonders for me!

Firewall issue, maybe? Make sure MTG Arena is allowed through your firewall. Security software can sometimes be overzealous and block games from running properly.

Just reinstall the game, honestly. It鈥檚 like turning it off and on again but with extra steps. Sometimes a fresh install is all it takes to get rid of those annoying issues.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
