Check your internet connection. I’ve had times where a weak Wi-Fi made my chat refuse to work.
First, make sure you haven’t accidentally turned off safe chat in the settings. Go to settings > privacy > and check your chat settings.
Contact Roblox support if all else fails. They'll be able to help you troubleshoot and fix any account-specific issues.
If you're under 13, there are stricter chat restrictions. You might not be able to use the chat feature fully.
