Just use a wired connection, folks. Wi-Fi is the enemy of stable gaming. Ethernet is the way.

Packet loss in Valorant? Yikes, but fear not! A quick fix can be as simple as rebooting your router to clear up any potential hiccups in your internet connection. If that doesn't do the trick, try connecting your PC directly to your modem with an Ethernet cable to cut out any Wi-Fi instability. Also, double-check that your ISP isn't having issues, because sometimes it's on their end. And if you're feeling techy, you might want to dive into your router settings and prioritize your gaming traffic using QoS (Quality of Service) settings. Happy gaming!

Honestly, I had packet loss spikes and nothing worked. Ended up calling my ISP and it turned out to be an issue on their end. So, might be worth giving them a shout!

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
