Could be a dirty laser lens or a faulty disc drive. First, use a lens cleaning kit, and if that fails, you might have to look into getting a replacement drive.

First try cleaning the disc gently with a soft cloth. If that doesn't work, the laser lens might be dirty鈥攗se a lens cleaner kit. Still no luck? The disc drive itself might need repairs or replacement.
