First, try turning off your PS5 and resetting the controller. There's a small reset button on the back near the L2 button; use a pin to press it for about 5 seconds. Then, reconnect and see if the buttons work!

If the buttons still aren't working, you might need to clean your controller. Dust and grime can get stuck under the buttons, so carefully open it up and clean around the affected area. Just be gentle鈥攜ou don't want to break anything!

Get a new controller. Sometimes, it's just hardware failure, and there's not much you can do.
