Had this issue before! Make sure your console has plenty of ventilation and isn't crammed into a tight space. Sometimes just moving it helps!
Red light? That means it’s time to call Xbox support. Could be a hardware issue you can’t fix on your own.
Quick fix: If your power supply shows a red light, unplug and replug everything. If it’s still red, you might need a new power supply. It worked for me!
Or ya know, just try turning it off and on again. Sometimes it's all you need!
