Check the game settings: Go to Settings > Audio and make sure the sound and music sliders are turned up. If they're set low, you won't hear anything!
Maybe check your internet connection. I've had instances where poor connectivity affected my audio in-game.
Ensure your drivers are up-to-date. Especially if you’re on PC, outdated audio drivers can cause all sorts of issues.
Roblox’s servers occasionally have hiccups. If all else fails, just wait it out for a bit and try again.
