Sometimes, a quick log-out and log-in of Roblox can do the trick. Feels like magic, but hey, it works!
Ensure your device drivers are up to date, especially your sound drivers. Outdated drivers can cause all sorts of shenanigans.
If everything seems fine and it’s still not working, go into Roblox settings and check the ‘Volume’ slider in the audio section.
Once, I had to reinstall Roblox entirely. It was drastic, but it fixed the sound issue when nothing else worked.
