First, try resetting your character by pressing the 'R' key or selecting 'Reset Character' from the menu. If that doesn't work, exit and rejoin the game.
Check your game settings! Sometimes the camera mode changes by mistake. Go to the settings menu and make sure 'Camera Mode' is set to 'Classic' or 'Follow' instead of 'Default'.
