Sometimes it's just a temporary server issue. Wait a bit and see if it resolves on its own.
Check if you have any unauthorized third-party programs or scripts running. Roblox doesn't like cheats! Close those, restart, and try again.
Disable any VPNs you might be using. Roblox can sometimes have issues with them.
