Turn off 'Fullscreen Optimizations' for Roblox. Right-click the Roblox shortcut, go to Properties > Compatibility tab, and check 'Disable Fullscreen Optimizations!'

Lower your graphics settings in Roblox. Sometimes reducing the graphics quality can stabilize the game and stop flickering.

Just play in windowed mode. Flickering disappears instantly and you won't even notice the difference after a while!
