Make sure your firewall or antivirus isn鈥檛 blocking Roblox. You can temporarily disable them to see if they鈥檙e the issue, but remember to turn them back on afterward for safety!
Check to make sure your computer's date and time are correctly set. Oddly enough, incorrect date/time can mess with certain network connections.
