Check your volume settings on both your device and within Roblox. Sometimes it's just a simple mute button getting in the way.
Reinstall the audio drivers. I had a similar issue and reinstalling the drivers worked like a charm.
It might be worth checking if other applications have sound. If everything else is quiet too, it could be a system-wide audio issue.
