Clear your browser's cache if you're playing on a PC or Mac. Sometimes old data can mess things up.
Make sure Roblox is updated to the latest version. Sometimes updates fix bugs that could be causing the problem.
Try restarting your device first. It sounds simple, but you'd be surprised how often this fixes it!
If you're on mobile, try reinstalling the app. I had the same issue, and reinstalling did the trick!
