For me, logging out and logging back in usually fixes it. If that doesn't work, check your subscription status.

First, make sure your Premium subscription is active by checking the billing section in your account settings. If everything seems fine, try logging out and back in or reinstalling the app. If the Robux still don't appear, contact Roblox Support.
