Check your internet connection. A weak or intermittent connection can cause update issues. You might want to switch to a more stable network if possible.
Delete the Roblox app and reinstall it from the official website (https://www.roblox.com/download). I had the same issue and this fixed it for me!
Make sure your macOS is up to date. Head to System Preferences > Software Update, and install any pending updates. Roblox might need the latest version!
Clear your Roblox Cache: Go to ~/Library/Caches then find the Roblox folder and delete it. Restart Roblox after that.
