I swear by the ol' restart and factory reset methods. If a simple restart doesn't do the trick, head on to Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Factory reset. Just remember this wipes your data, so use it as a last resort!

First, try turning it off and on again! It's the IT magic trick that works nine times out of ten. Seriously though, unplugging your Roku TV from power for about 10 seconds and then plugging it back in often resolves minor glitches.
