Sometimes, if the in-game settings don't do the trick, you might need to change the resolution through the launcher. Open the launcher, click on the gear icon, and adjust the settings there!
Having problems with resolution? Try switching to 'Borderless Window' mode in the settings, then back to 'Fullscreen'. Sometimes Warframe forgets its manners!
