To fix the screen size in PUBG on your Xbox One, adjust the Video Output settings. Go to Settings -> Display & sound -> Video output -> Calibrate HDTV. Follow the guide to resize your screen properly!

Try adjusting the safe zone settings in the game menu. That should fix any screen size issues you might have.

I had this problem too! Go to your Xbox One Settings, then Display & sound, and use the Calibrate HDTV option. It worked like a charm for me!
