Sometimes it's a simple bug! Try restarting Fortnite or your device entirely. It works more often than you'd think.
Just make sure you鈥檝e got enough stamina left. If your stamina bar is depleted, you won鈥檛 be able to sprint until it recharges.
Make sure you have Sprint bound to a key in your settings. Go to Settings > Controller Options or Keyboard Controls and ensure Sprint is assigned properly!
