How to Fix Stick Drift on Xbox Elite 2
First, try recalibrating your controller through the Xbox Accessories app. If that doesn’t help, clean around the base of the sticks with compressed air. Often, dust and grime cause the drift!

You can manually swap out the thumbstick modules if you’re feeling adventurous. There are plenty of DIY kits online that come with instructions.
Tbh, it might just be easier to send it in for repair or replacement if the warranty is still valid. Save yourself the headache.
If recalibrating and cleaning don't work, a gentle nudge to the stick while rotating it might do the trick. I had success with this method last week!
